Wow, incredible when stuck at a certain weight.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This vest is absolutely amazing. I’ve had it now for about a month. I wear it for about an hour a day and I lost 3 pounds in three days without changing anything else. That’s all I needed to lose, but I was stuck at 130lb. This vest is very comfortable. Yes, there is a strong smell, but it goes away after three days. I love it so much, I just ordered a 16 pound one so I can switch between the 16 and 12 so my body doesn’t get used to to one weight.

Gets the job done. Weighted, Balanced Vest.

The 20 pound vest gets the job done. I only WALK at nights for about a mile. This is my first weighted vest so I can’t compare it to other variants/models. I am a male/6ft/189 lbs. and it’s comfortable for me. Im only a week in with the best and I have no complaints so far. I tighten the adjustable straps so that it’s snug. The weight feels distributed evenly. If I were running I can understand where others mention that it may need more support but I only walk. You definitely feel the weight and the workout and the difference when you take it off.

Well made and comfortable to wear.

This is a very comfortable vest. Seems to be well made. I did not use the phone holder pouch, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well this fits and how comfortable it is. I considered purchasing a vest where the amount of weight could be changed, but opted for this instead because it looked more comfortable. So, when I need more weight, I'll need another vest but I'm okay with that tradeoff and when the time comes I'll buy this one again in a heavier weight.
