The shorts will roll up & down. The tummy control and compression could be better. The quality for the price I would buy a similar product or will buy again. Shipping was fast.

avoid wearing on cardio days if you have thick thighs

these are good quality and lift very well but if you have thick thighs, beware that they do roll up. not ideal for days when you're doing cardio unless you constantly want to pulling them down!
